Not long after the New Year's bell rang in 2024, on January 3, all the family members of SHIDU, and special guests 

came from all over the country to participate in the "New Journey·Move Upward" SHIDU 2024 Welcome New Year's Eve Ceremony.

The grand ceremony started at 18:30 in the evening in the festive banquet hall, with a joyful "Money Dance",

 which instantly filled the opening atmosphere. Even the general manager Ms. Shao, agents and department

 heads couldn’t help but join in and sway with all the employees!

Liu Xiaotong, President of Shenzhen Audio Industry Association, delivered a speech at this grand ceremony as a special guest. 

He mentioned that SHIDU, under the leadership of Ms. Shao and with the efforts of all SHIDU family members,

 has been deeply involved in the industry for 12 years. SHIDU products can now be seen in many scenic spots and

 exhibitions across the country. He is very proud of the "Made in Shenzhen" and "High-Quality Domestic Products" 

labels of SHIDU's products. At the same time, he mentioned that with the promulgation of the "Guidance on Accelerating 

the High-quality Development of the Audio-visual Electronics Industry", China's audio-visual industry has encountered 

major benefits, and spring is bound to come. He encouraged the SHIDU brand, encouraged audio industry , develop upward together.

Ms. Shao Yanfei, general manager of SHIDU, also delivered a passionate speech at the ceremony, and extended 

her sincere greetings and New Year blessings to all guests and employees. She said that in the past year, 

SHIDU with the joint efforts of all employees, has always been moving towards the goal of "rooting downwards 

and growing upwards". Although the past year was not an easy road, the SHIDU family's full enthusiasm

Then Ms. Shao led the senior executives of SHIDU to toast everyone.

A series of exciting artistic performances followed. Dance, solo singing, playing and singing, reciting and other

 performances were performed in turn, bringing beautiful enjoyment to the audience. It is particularly worth

 mentioning that these performances showed the versatile side of the SHIDU family and won rounds of applause from the audience.

During the ceremony, a number of commendation and award sessions were also interspersed.

The first is to commend the old employees. SHIDU has been developing all the way and is now entering its 12th year. 

Especially after three years of epidemic baptism on the development path, the pace of development has not been interrupted.

  This is not possible without the many veteran employees who have gritted their teeth and persevered along the way. 

Employees with three, five, and eight years of service came to the stage to receive their awards in turn.

 Production manager Zheng Baodi, personnel specialist Mo Shiqun, and purchasing team leader 

Zhao Li presented them with certificates and prizes and expressed their gratitude.

Then came the awards ceremony for the SHIDU outstanding employees of the 2023 year. SHIDU is full of talents, 

but there are always some people who perform more outstandingly. They have made greater contributions to

 the development of SHIDU and deserve recognition. These outstanding SHIDU people received honorary 

certificates and generous red envelope rewards from the executive personnel director Ms. Chang.

The services of suppliers help SHIDU to innovate in products. At this grand ceremony, Ms. Shao, as the award guest, 

presented honorary certificates and generous red envelopes to ten outstanding supplier partners. T

his award not only recognizes and encourages outstanding suppliers, but also reflects SHIDU’s firm determination 

to adhere to high-quality development and create an excellent supply chain.

In addition, at the grand ceremony, we have to mention the lucky draw with extremely generous bonuses! 

Prizes ranging from fourth to first prizes cover T7, M5, A6 speaker. The grand prizes given out one after another

 brought the atmosphere to a climax. 

Of course, the performances at this grand ceremony are so wonderful, how could there be no awards for the performers? 

After fair evaluation by the program judges, the final first prize and 500 yuan in cash went to the dance program 

"I Believe", while the second prize and 300 yuan in cash went to the dance program " Happy ",

 and the third prize and 200 yuan in cash were won. Yuan was won by the program " Money Dance ", 

and another 6 programs won participation awards and cash prizes of 100 Yuan. Congratulations to these performers!

After the performance awards were presented, the heated atmosphere did not stop! The core suppliers at the scene
